  Fantastic location with clean bathrooms and many powered and unpowered sites. We had a fantastic time camping and the park had a large part in that! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because many of the unpowered sites (including our own) had dirt over the top of the grass, which made everything so dirty. We only had a small patch of grass to put our table on. We are definitely coming back!

  Great location very clean facilities and friendly staff. The quite little town near the park has everything you need. Very nice and will be back for sure

  Good big park in main area with good size sites, good access, good amenities, close to town n great beach, all in easy walking. River side part of park crowded, dirty cos of unpaved roads. Tis a bit like a retirement village with lots of regulars there for the season,but friendly.

  The park is well maintained and right on the river. The new system of security codes for locks on the amenities is the only drawback as the place is popular with families and kids can be forgetful. Had to let a few kids into the bathrooms when they were busting and had forgotten the codes while I was there. I prefered the old system with keys, but understand the reason for the change as it saves on key replacements and forces people to check out or extend when their code expires at the end of their stay. Great spot for families. Very safe and always a delight to visit with shops and great food places all within walking distance.
